“Romo Appliance Repair is a great place to do business with. I had an issue with my washer and couldn't get anyone to come over and take a look at it over the weekend (my only days off). Feeling frustrated, I gave Romo a call. I spoke with the receptionist who was very nice and accommodating, about the issues I was having with my washer, and she scheduled a visit for Saturday. Romo came over Saturday afternoon, diagnosed the issue, and got it up and running quickly. Thumbs up for being professional, reasonably priced, and providing a quick turnaround.”

They've ALWAYS solved my problems perfectly and quickly, including a couple of very subtle problems that most guys would definitely have gotten wrong. I find their prices to be very reasonable, as well. One time they actually gave me very detailed instructions over the phone regarding how to fix a problem myself. Those instructions fixed that problem and they charged me NOTHING. And this was for a problem they had not previously been involved in. I was amazed. The owner makes many (or all) of the house calls himself. A very smart guy, and a very nice one. You can't go wrong with Romo. I can not recommend them highly enough.”
